Hurray! Akita International University is happy to announce an educational opportunity named Ambassador International Scholarship Grants for those talented students who wish to enroll in an undergraduate programmes.
This scholarship scheme is designed to provide partial funds for the successful students who will be enrolling in an undergraduate degree program at the University in Japan.
About the Akita International University Ambassador International Scholarship Grants 2021/2022
Students from across the globe are eligible to apply for the Akita International University (AIU) Ambassador International Scholarship Awards. The scholarship covers all courses taught at Akita International University at the undergraduate level.
Course Level:
AIU Ambassador International Scholarship Awards is available to undertake undergraduate level programs at Akita International University.
Available Subjects: Any field of study in the undergraduate degree program
Acceptable Countries:
All countries of the world are eligible to apply for this educational opportunity
Admissible Criteria
Students taking part in an academic conference that is deemed beneficial for the university or the students themselves.
- Supporting Documents: Candidates are required to submit a statement of purpose, diploma, and transcripts, letters of recommendation.
- Admission Requirements: Applicants must have completed or expected to complete a 12-year curriculum at an accredited school by March 31, 2022, or possesses an alternative of the above education, which is recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology.
- Then also complete a standard education curriculum in less than 12 years at an overseas institution and have completed or will complete a curriculum at a preparatory education institution designated by MEXT or at an educational centre designated by MEXT by March 31st, 2022
- Language Requirements: The institution will require each candidates to submit an official document that proves the medium of instruction is English.

Scholarship Merits
The Akita International University Ambassador International Scholarship grants program will award eligible and winning students 50,000 JPY.
